September 10, 2007: Lance Cpl. Jon Hicks Jr., of Atco, N.J, One of Two Marine CasualtiesThe Department of Defense announced today the death of two Marines who were supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Lance Cpl. Jon T. Hicks Jr., 20, of Atco, N.J.
Both Marines died Sept. 10 while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq. They were both assigned to 2nd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C.
